Oh sweet Kage! What a miracle baby. I believe he was born at 26 weeks if I remember correctly. He was in the nicu for over 3 months. Mom and Dad live over an hour away and drove there EVERY day to see him. Both working mind you. I can’t believe it. The love this family has is incredible. Older brother and sister were pretty infatuated with him. They were so careful of his lines he had to wear. {He’s still on oxygen}. He’s come so far! I visited him in the Nicu about a month after he was born. He was sooooooo tiny!

We did his official newborn photos at the end of September. A whopping 4 months after he was born. He is my oldest “newborn” session I have ever done. And he was SO good for me. Even went on his stomach for a little bit. Most premies have bad reflux and he definitely did but was so good for the few minutes I had him positioned. Love him so much and can’t wait to see him again!
