Holy gorgeousness!!! This mama is so pretty it was such an honor to do her maternity photos for the 2nd time! {Click here to see the first session, you’ll die of gorgeouness overload} We did her first session on Pensacola Beach, FL and we were planning on doing that again but Hurricane Michael changed our plans on that. I ended flying down to Fort Lauderdale to shoot her session instead. OMG, love the change of scenery and even though it makes me nervous shooting in new places also makes it super exciting. We found a gorgeous national park that had this AMAZING banyon tree we used for the first part of the session. Then we ventured out and found a hidden trail that led to these super cool canals. I wish I had back up photos of me in the tree balancing with both of my cameras over this canal across from her. I’m sure it was a sight, LOL! I even took some ant bites getting those shots, #worthit We ended in front of fallen foliage that had turn to the only fall color we would see in south Florida. The vegetation is so unlike ours here in the northwestern panhandle. The shape and color contrast of the grape leaves were so gorgeous and those ended up being my fave shots.
I seriously love traveling to work and I hope I get to do more sessions there and in new cities!
